Cancellation Policy:
Can I cancel my orders?
Once payment is made, customers cannot cancel their order on their own. However, if you contact our Customer Care at support@adithyaprint.com within 24 hours, we will attempt to cancel the order, provided that the print shop has not yet started production. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours or if production has already begun, we cannot process the cancellation request.
What is the cancellation fee?
A minimum cancellation fee of Rs. 20 will be charged to cover payment gateway charges. The remaining balance will be refunded after this deduction.
Mode of transfer of payments:
Refunds will be processed via NEFT transfer, coordinated by our accounts team. Refunds will be completed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation to original payment method. For any clarifications, please email us at support@adithyaprint.com.
Return Policy:
Can I return my orders?
Typically, delivered orders cannot be returned. However, this does not apply to cases of transport damage for which Adithya or a third-party logistics provider is responsible. We strongly advise customers to record a video while opening the package as evidence. Without this recorded evidence, we cannot consider any claims for damaged products. If any damage or defects are detected, please inform our customer service within 48 business hours of receiving the order at support@adithyaprint.com. In such cases, we will replace the damaged item/s. Our customer service team will assist in handling any warranty issues.
Damage Claims or Shortages:
Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be reported within 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to inspect your deliveries carefully upon receipt. Recording a video of the package being opened is mandatory for any claims. Without this evidence, we will not be able to honor damage claims.
Return Shipping:
We will cover the cost of return shipping only when the products delivered are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was received.
